Volunteers’ Arrival and Training
The organising, academic, media and welfare teams arrive in The Hague and finalise their preparations for the event.

Committee Work

Each working group aims to create solutions together in the form of a written resolution. They are often advised by a policy-maker or expert on the topic. In this phase of the programme, participants learn research, teamwork and innovative thinking.

April 11-12
General Assembly
After three days of respectful discussions, the participants come back together for two days to debate their proposed resolutions during the “General Assembly”: a plenary debate that follows standard parliamentary procedures including speeches, responses, constructive points and voting on each resolution.
